Can I track my loans online?
Yes! You can track 24/7 status of your pipeline, conditions, notes, etc. Please contact your AE for login information.

Do I use the pricing Engine or Rate sheet to price my loans?
The rate sheet is more of a guide with our most frequently used products. The pricing engine (which is very simple to use) will give you real time pricing and access to more loan programs. You can change terms, scenarios, etc and get accurate pricing. To get setup contact your AE.

How  do I lock my loan?

What are your lock desk hours?
Locks and requests are accepted between 8:30 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Time (11:30 am to 7:00 pm EST).

Can I do Prequals?
YES! Email PreQual@MorganStrause.com  the FNM 3.2 file, a hard copy 1008/1003, Credit Authorization Form,  Prequal Disclosure Form and what program you would like and we will do it for you. Please make sure you include all the above mentioned.

Who do I contact if I have loan scenarios that I need help with?
Once you have signed up, you have multiple choices to get questions answered. First, you can instantly view our guidelines and/or run our pricing engine located on our website (to gain access to our pricing engine, contact your AE). If your questions haven’t been answered using the above, you can email LoanScenarios@MorganStrause.com and our credit team will get back to you quickly.

Morgan Strause is a DBA of NDFC Capital Corp. We are one in the same company.  

How do I access your Pricing Engine?
You can email your AE and he/she will make sure you are setup the same day.
